var str = 'This large sandstone memorial sits atop a raised mound in popular Forsyth Park in Savannah, Georgia. The memorial is a stacked pyramid shape with the base section inscribed to “Our Confederate Dead 1861-1865”. The four corners of the base are topped by large stone spheres. The memorial has intricate carvings of angel heads and flags as well as laurel wreaths. On top stands a Confederate soldier. On two sides of the memorial and within the black wrought-iron fence surrounding the memorial are two busts; one is for Brigadier General Francis S. Bartow and the other is General Lafayette McLaws, both are sons of Savannah. ';
